Again..
We were both off today so we decided to bake together :)

Just me baking, but it’s a family affair, as my husband helps me with delivering the cakes and marketing the business – including helping me making the 'gula hangos' ..  "he's better than me"  






Those yg nak try..ada resepi kat end n3...

Loyang 22cm
(A)-Gula Hangus
  • 2 sudu besar gula (utk bt gula hangus)
  • *tabur gula dlm loyang n msk ats api perlahan..biar gula hancur n wrna tukar jd perang)
  • Ketepikan dulu (gula tersebut akan mengeras & berbunyi macam kaca pecah gitu)
(B) - Bahagian Atas
  • 1 cawan susu cair
  • 1 cawan susu pekat manis
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanila
  • 3 bj kuning telur
  • 2 biji telur (putih & kuning)

(C) - Lapisan Kek
  • 140 gm tepung gandum
  • 70 gm gula kastor
  • 3 bj kuning telur
  • 135 ml air biasa
  • 1 sudu teh baking powder
  • 45 ml minyak msk
  • 2 sudu besar susu pekat manis (Ana tambah)

 D) Merinque
  • 6 bj putih telur
  • 70 gm gula kastor
  • 1 sudu teh krim of tartar

 Cara-cara :
  • Sediakan bahan (A) dahulu, ketepikan.
  • Kacau semua bhn (B) perlahan2...jgn bg berbuih2...nti x jd karamelnye...
  • Tapis bahan (B) td dlm loyang gula hangus (A) tadi..ketepikan.
  • Pukul bahan (C)..ketepikan.
  • Pukul bhn (D) smpai jd kembang & bila kita angkat dia x jatuh...(meringue)
  • Campurkan adunan (C) + (D) dan gaul ngan senduk hingga sebati..jangan terlebih kacau, agak-agak bercampur sebati je.
  • Bahagikan kpd beberapa bahagian & letak pewarna & paste jika perlu..
  • masukkan ke dlm loyang yg ada gula hangus & keremel tadi (A + B)..selang seli warna, letak ditengah2 loyang, adunan kek akan terapung.
  • Bakar cara double boiling - selama 1 jam 10 minit dengan suhu 175'C, menggunakan api bawah dahulu selama 40 minit, kemudian api atas bawah sehingga masak *Boleh juga menggunakan api atas bawah tetapi guna suhu 160'C / 170'C sahaja, (bergantung kpd oven masing-masing juga ya)
  • Jika tak pasti keremel dah masak ke belum boleh tambah lagi masa membakar lebih kurang 10 minit, 
  • Bila masak angkat & rehatkan 25 minit/setengah jam baru terbalikkan kek yg dibakar tadi...masa ni dah agak sejuk jadi senang nak keluarkan kek.
  • Masukkan dlm peti sejuk 1 jam n lepas tu mkn sejuk2. Lebih sedap selepas semalaman.

My New Look ~My New ME ~


Salam & good day to all...
It has been an exect a month since I have updated my blog and a lot has changed… for the better! 
I am very sorry for not updating my blog and responding to any posts.  Events in my life caught up with me and I did not hav' time to update my blog.  (alasan cliche)...   Again, I am very sorry.

Exciting news today - I am officially launching my new look blog today.. i sker u... hehehehe..
Even though  I'm limited to what I can do with customising templates etc..I'm really thrilled with the end results:- it's fresh, pretty and full of colour.. macam tumblr account pon ader..
its cool ...

I enjoyed playin' with thz' new features on my 'old Blogger blog'. n I’m wondering how many of my so call readers have Blogger blogs, & what they think of 'my new look'.
