My Mousse au manguier ~ Mango Mousse



Hari ni mari kita makan 'manga' @ maNgo .. tapi bukan takat potong kulit telan isi buang biji yee...rajin2 skit blend ngan sket susu & yogurt ... sedddapp....... jom tengok resepi...



MANGO MOUSSE
 200 yogurt tanpa perisa
100 ml susu segar
1-2 biji mango
16g gula (kalau mango manis boleh kurangkan gula)
5g gelatin + 1 sudu besar air panas
Cara:-
- Kupas mango** . 
- Blend semua bahan sebati kecuali gelatin.
- Masukkan gelatin & gaul sebati.
- Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk.
- Hias sebelum dimakan.


Fresh mango ni  very  juicy . Good for health ...  contains  pre-biotic dietary fibre, Vitamin A, C & E, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and other anti-oxidants. These nutrients contribute to optimum health, hydration and well-being....wah! than when u add up with those yogurt & fresh milk ... u know lah wat else u get ;-)


This heavenly mousse will quickly become your favorite dessert.
** leh gak ganti ngan peaches, strawberry, or fresh apricots.
