MY VERY 1ST 'KEK PHONDANT'

huhu OhMy OhMy... Kek FONDANT ya... sebot bethol bethooll..foooondaaaaant...

tarrra!!  my d’ 1st d’ most creative cake deco  i ever made ikiki … lots of thx MIN! such a lovely ‘cekgu! .   i’ve attend my 1st sugarpaste & gumpaste class .... when wuz that...ochhh....  10 : 2: 4  at MIN’s place .

penat nyaaa gila kau...mcm nak putos pinggang aku...berdiri salah dudok salah... ya lah cekgu kat depan ...belakng...keliling... tengok buat betol ke tak betol kee...but i rili njoy it .. ada sorang awek ni nama dia - aishah - her cake wuz so lovely i tell you..mcm dia gak...... so xcited forgot to snap hers..

Time Break - 'cekgu' kasi 'lunch' ... maid 'cekgu' yg masak.. i forgot what wuz d' menu but it wuz arhh such a yummy lunch... lapar gila la katakan...ikan goreng pon sodap!!! buat kek bukan boleh makan!!! dalam nye dummy jeeee... sepaaaan... 

Walaupun dah agak lama... masih x leh lupa class ni... it wuz rili fun n much2 more to x’plore n wish i hav those unbelievble gadget (mata melilau tengok 'tools diaaa...mak datoookkk)… selemari penuh ‘harta’ MIN MCM2 ADAAAA!!! ..   lots more ideas , techniques ...so… if you are really interested, do go to

pulled flowers made of gum paste / sugar paste                              

Ingredients500 g icing sugar1 tablespoon gum tragacanth1 1/2 tablespoon cold water2 teaspoon powdered gelatine2 teaspoon liquid glucose1 tablespoon shortening
1 egg white

those 'pulled flowers' guna utk hantaran adik ku... dah beranak dah pon....
