Resepi ni dpt somewhere thru d' net.. not sure origin nya... but it wuz 1st translated fr. d' chinese blog.. well try it..n u gonna lovs it..
Chilled Chocolate Cheesecake(8" cake pan)
Ingredients for the base:
Crumbs from 10 pieces of digestive biscuits
50g melted butter
Ingredients for the filling:
260g cream cheese
130g dark chocolate
100ml whipping cream
275ml whipping cream (whipped)
1 tbsp gelatin (+ 2½ tbsp water)
70g sugar
Double boil chocolate with 100g cream. Dissolve gelatin with water using double boil method. Beat cheese with sugar until creamy. Add gelatin to chocolate. Make sure chocolate is cooled, add into cheese. Mix well. Whip 275ml cream & add to cheese. Mix well. Pour mixture onto biscuit base. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Note: Castor sugar adjust according to the type/brand of dark chocolate used
