Kek Buah Kukus @ Steam Fruit Cake
Sangat2 popular bila time HARI RAYA OR X'MAST.. But lucky for me.. i have few customers who asked for this Kek Buah almost every weekN. I lov it hihihihi...THANK YOU LADIES.. Thank You all SO Much!! Im honored that uols liked my cake!.
..Recipe.. of coz' rasanya ada perlbagai resepi when comes to kek Buah.. either Normal Bake or Kukus @ Steam.. but i alwayz stick to this recipe! Always.. Its not too sweet.. and the steaming of fruits makes the cake xtra moist & melt in a mouth ...
RESEPI
375g Buah campuran (mix fruit)
250g mentega (Golden Churn)
300g tepung gandum
1 camca teh Cream of Tartar
1 camca teh Soda Bikabonat
3 biji telur Gred A
150g gula kastor ( boleh guna brown sugar)
150g gula pasir ( utk gula hangus )
1/4 cwn badam keping (flakes almond) - jika suka
1 biji pala diparut (nutmeg) - jika suka
Ceri merah or hijau - utk hiasan.
CARA
1. Ayak tepong gandum, Cream of Tar Tar & Soda Bikabonat. & Ketepikan.
2. Didihkan air kukusan. Sediakan loyang pembakar 8" x 8" x 3" dgn mentega dan alas dgn kertas minyak.
3. Putar Mentega & Gula hingga kembang. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan terus putar hingga gebu. Jarak waktu tiap sebiji telur ialah 1 minit.
4. Pada kelajuan perlahan masukkan tepung gandum dan mix fruit dan gaul sebati.\
5. Masak gula pasir dgn api sederhana hingga jadi Karamel.
6. Tuang Karamel ke dalam adunan kek tadi dan putar hingga rata.
7.Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan tutup dgn Aluninium Foil.
8. Kukus 4 jam . Lepas sejam, periksa air kukusan dan tambah gunakan air panas juga!!
