Allah! Subhanallah!!  Tepen Lake Garden...

The Taiping Lake Garden  is probably the most famous site to visit in town. which is the 1st public garden established during the British rule in Malaysia. This so damn beautiful garden is located near Bukit Larut (Maxwell Hill) and is within the towncentre. It wuz' originally a mining site before it was established as gardens to the public in 1880. Grown with grasses, flowers and trees. This 64-hectare land was proudly declared as the most beautiful and well maintained garden during the heyday and today.



try to be there early in the morning - the view is spectacular!



There is also a zoo located at the Lake Garden, close to the foot of Maxwell Hill.   With a complete natural setting, this zoo is such a success.

... Life was good there, love it for the peace and tranquility as well as the simplicity of life.
